Is it possible to return my order?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the order must meet the following conditions:
1. The item is complete (including all parts/components) and returned in its original packaging as received.
2. The item shows normal handling; damage caused by careless use is excluded.
3. Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
4. Any defect must be reported immediately upon receipt.
5. We are entitled to charge the customer for shipping costs.
6. A return is processed within 7 working days. If the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.
*We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the conditions above, please initiate the return as follows:
- Send an email to: info@ivy-may.uk
- Include the following in your email:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product in case of damage/breakage
- Customer first name + last name
- Customer address
We will then contact you and provide the correct return address.
Never send the return to the sender address shown on the package. We will send you the correct return address after you contact us.
You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.
CANCELLATION (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activity.
A. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Right of cancellation
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier), has received the last goods.
As we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process once it has started, and cancellation is not possible after dispatch.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (IVY-MAY) by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is completed when we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
Shipments in transit
As our goods are shipped from Asia, transit times may be longer and are beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. You may inform us in advance that you wish to withdraw.
To ensure the fastest possible return process, we kindly ask you to send us a shipping confirmation (tracking/proof of shipment).
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (except additional costs
